Since our beginning in 2008, Mazaya Real Estate Development has been aiming to be one of the leading real estate investment and development companies in the region and to have a role in supporting the growth of the real estate sector in the State of Qatar, as one of the fastest growing economies in the world, along with the diversity and speed of infrastructure development.
We also aspire to be a role model in overcoming difficult times, by carefully planning investment projects and exploiting opportunities with low risks and attractive revenues, through planning short and long-term investments to achieve cash flows that contribute to the growth of the company’s revenues, which will reflect positively on our honored shareholders.
Mazaya Real Estate Development Company continues to strive to achieve its goals, through local and regional investment to support and enhance the investment portfolio, while adhering to our values and principles and in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. We certainly seek to be pioneers in the field of real estate development, and to be among the best real estate companies in the State of Qatar.
The real estate sector is one of the most important pillars of economic development, and is one of the key pillars of Qatar National Vision 2030. Mazaya is keen to support the national vision by developing projects that contribute to fulfilling the real estate market’s needs.
The company also contributed to meeting the organizational requirements for 2022 World Cup, as one of the most important projects in the country, which will leave a historical influence on the State.
